Why are you not answering my emails? |

We will respond to the email address you have on file with eBay. You will not get a response from us if you have an old email address on file or if you don't allow sellers to view your email address. Please check to see if your email address is up-to-date and if you are allowing sellers to see your email address. Please also check your Junk email folder for our emails.

How can I cancel my bid? |

If there is more than a day (24 hours) left in the auction, you can retract your own bid. Please use the link below and follow the eBay instructions.

What is the reserve price for this auction? |

If an auction states that the reserve has not been met, we will not give out the reserve price. Once a bidder has reached reserved price the auction will sell to the highest bidder. |
Why have I been blocked from bidding? |

| You will be blocked from bidding if you live outside of the continental United States because we will not ship to your location. If you live in the continental United States and have been blocked from bidding, you can contact us and we will let you know why. |
Is there a relisting fee if I cancel my order? |

| Yes, if you WIN an auction, you will be charged a 10% relisting fee of the purchase price to cover the cost of the auction. If you cancel your BID and do not win the auction, there is no relisting fee. You can contact us at onlinehelp@lkqcorp.com for any questions you may have. |
When will you leave feedback? |

LKQ Online leaves feedback once the customer has paid for their auction and received their tracking number sent via email. Please allow LKQ Online at least 3 days after you have received your tracking number to leave feedback. It would be greatly appreciated that you leave feedback for us.
For each transaction, only the buyer and LKQ Online can rate each other by leaving feedback. Each feedback left consists of a positive, negative, or neutral rating, and a short comment. Leaving honest comments about a particular eBay member gives other Community members a good idea of what to expect when dealing with LKQ Online. Once it is left, the feedback becomes a permanent part of the member's profile.

Feedback ratings are used to determine each member's feedback score. A positive rating adds 1 to the score, a negative rating decreases it by 1, and a neutral rating has no impact. The higher the feedback score, the more positive ratings they've received from members. However, a member can increase or decrease another member's score by only 1 no matter how many transactions they share. Learn more about how scores are calculated.
The feedback score and the corresponding feedback star is shown next to the every member's user ID. A feedback score of at least 10 earns you a yellow star ( ). As your feedback score increases, you can earn different colored stars all the way to a red shooting star ( ) for a score above 100,000! Your star is your symbol of trust and experience in the eBay community |
