Will you ship items to Canada or outside the US?

LKQ Online will only ship to the lower 48 states. Additionally, we cannot ship overseas. We hope to have this ability in the near future.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

YOU CAN EXPECT MOST PACKAGES TO BE DELIVERED TO THEIR DESTINATION WITHIN FIVE to TEN (5 to 10) BUSINESS DAYS!

Most of our items leave our facilities within 2 to 3 business days after we receive payment. Orders are processed within two business days after full payment has been made.

Tracking info is provided 24-48 hours after your item has been shipped. A notification is sent via e-mail with tracking information. Please be sure you have provided a current email address and check your “junk” email as communications from LKQ Online may not make it past a filter.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE REVIEW OUR INFORMATION FOR ORDERS NEVER RECEIVED.

I have won multiple items. How can I pay and can you combine the orders to reduce the shipping cost?

If you have won multiple items from LKQ Online you must contact us immediately to arrange payment. Sending a PayPal payment or another type of payment does not constitute LKQ Online’s acceptance to combine your orders.

If you pay via PayPal without contacting LKQ Online each auction will need to be paid for separately. Please do not select pay for all items at once in eBay. It may delay your order.

LKQ Online will determine the cost of shipping and if we can reduce the cost we will.

Airbags cannot be combined with other orders even if these parts are located at the same LKQ facility. No exceptions.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

Can I arrange my own shipping?

Please allow seller to select delivery method / carrier. It has been our experience that LKQ can provide better service for our customers when we package items, decide shipping method, and coordinate freight pickups. We have selected our commercial carriers very carefully in order to provide the best USA coverage and care for our products. Buyer/Customer can not arrange there own commercial shipping when purchasing items off eBay or online. Please do not ask us to bill your shipping account or use another carrier. Thank you for your consideration.

What methods of shipping can I choose from?

Customer pick-up - Customer must pickup at the location of part that is stated in the auction. Customer must bring a proof of purchase with them. There might be a handling fee on some parts. Please check auction for more details.

Shuttle - LKQ Online delivery systems. Customer needs to pickup from LKQ location agreed to by customer and LKQ Online. Customer must bring a proof of purchase with them. There is a Shipping fee for us to ship from one LKQ plant to another. Please check your auction to see if this option is available and the cost.

Freight - LKQ Online will ship larger items on a commercial truck. Engines, transmissions, seats, set of wheels and tires and other oversized parts will be ship using commercial trucks. The cost to ship these types of items starts at $100 and can be over $1,000 for a complete engine with transmissions. In most cases these items will be placed and banded on 4x4 or 6x6 pallets and covered or wrapped. We must ship these parts to a commercial address with a loading dock and/or forklift capabilities. If you do not have this available, we can ship the items to the closest freight terminal to your zip code. We do not ship to residential addresses. You must supply your phone number, name of business and address of place of business. If you do not supply this your order will be delayed.

Ground - LKQ Online ships 95% of packages UPS Ground.

When will you leave feedback?

LKQ Online leaves feedback once the customer has paid for their auction and received their tracking number sent via email. Please allow LKQ Online at least 3 days after you have received your tracking number to leave feedback. It would be greatly appreciated that you leave feedback for us.

For each transaction, only the buyer and LKQ Online can rate each other by leaving feedback. Each feedback left consists of a positive, negative, or neutral rating, and a short comment. Leaving honest comments about a particular eBay member gives other Community members a good idea of what to expect when dealing with LKQ Online. Once it is left, the feedback becomes a permanent part of the member's profile.

Feedback scores and stars

Feedback ratings are used to determine each member's feedback score. A positive rating adds 1 to the score, a negative rating decreases it by 1, and a neutral rating has no impact. The higher the feedback score, the more positive ratings they've received from members. However, a member can increase or decrease another member's score by only 1 no matter how many transactions they share. Learn more about how scores are calculated.
The feedback score and the corresponding feedback star is shown next to the every member's user ID. A feedback score of at least 10 earns you a yellow star (). As your feedback score increases, you can earn different colored stars all the way to a red shooting star () for a score above 100,000! Your star is your symbol of trust and experience in the eBay community
